NO HURRICANE DAMAGE / COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE EXTENDED THROUGH 11/30 This luxury 5th-floor unit at Beach Colony Resort sleeps up to 6 and is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony. Resort Amenities include a gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walkover, and MORE. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two well-furnished ensuite bedrooms; 1 king-sized bed in the primary ensuite, with a full bath with a step-in shower, dual vanities, and a jetted tub with Gulf views. The guest ensuite features 2 full-sized beds, a shower/tub combination bath, and a privacy door to separate these spacious accommodations. All bedrooms have new smart televisions. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture + 65" new smart TV will make for great evening gatherings. Guests have the option to dine indoors or alfresco on the balcony. Indoor dining furniture features seating for six at the table and three bar stools for quick snacks or conversations with the chef. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. Balcony furniture includes a dining table + two full-size lounge chairs with cushions. The well-furnished kitchen includes dinnerware, drinkware, cookware, and more. Small appliances include a Keurig AND a traditional coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender. Unlike some other rentals, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct). This professional service includes two chairs and one umbrella set on the beach for you daily. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy; BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida on site. Guests will find a complimentary gift and two (2) parking permits in the unit upon arrival. Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun. Important Details & House Rules -Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests (including daytime visitors). No large groups or parties. -Booking & Reservation Changes: Rates are calculated based on the details provided at the time of booking. Subsequent modifications to a reservation (such as guest count, including daytime visitors, or dates) may result in additional fees. -No reservation changes to the guest count are permitted within 14 days of arrival. -Age Requirement: Renter must be over 25 and occupying the unit for the duration of the reservation. -Pet Policy: No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, host approval is required before booking. -Local Guests: Local rentals (within 100 miles) are restricted; host approval is required before booking. -No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. -Security: For guest safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera. -Equipment Restrictions: No loading carts or large beach gear are allowed inside the unit. -Beach Service: Complimentary beach service is provided; front-row placement is not guaranteed. -Pool & Facilities: Managed independently by the resort complex. Temporary closures for routine maintenance may occur and are non-refundable. The pool and hot tub are heated only seasonally. -Parking: Complimentary garage parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. No trailers, golf carts, or campers permitted. There is VERY limited oversized (tall) vehicle parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. The agreement must list all occupants, including daytime visitors and overnight guests. A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations 15 days prior to arrival.
