Gourmet Ready: A fully stocked kitchen awaits, featuring both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a crock pot, a blender, and all you need to cook a full meal or just snacks. Elegant Accommodations (Sleeps 8) Designed for privacy and comfort, our condo features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuite bathroom: Primary Suite: Luxurious King Bed + Private Ensuite. Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds + Ensuite. Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed + Ensuite. Family Friendly: Complimentary Pack ‘n Plays, highchairs, and strollers are available (first-come, first-served; please reserve 3 days in advance). Long Term Winter Guests Welcome! -Cancellation Policy: Extended monthly stays (25+ days) require a 60-day notice prior to arrival for a full refund. -Seasonal Maintenance Notice: Winter is the standard window for building maintenance, repairs, and property updates across coastal communities. To ensure a seamless stay, we post weekly updates on active projects via our Guest User Guide so you always know what to expect. Important Details & House Rules -Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests (including daytime visitors). No large groups or parties. -Booking & Reservation Changes: Rates are calculated based on the details provided at the time of booking. Subsequent modifications to a reservation (such as guest count, including daytime visitors, or dates) may result in additional fees. -No reservation changes to the guest count are permitted within 14 days of arrival. -Age Requirement: Renter must be over 25 and occupying the unit for the duration of the reservation. -Pet Policy: No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, host approval is required prior to booking. -Local Guests: Local rentals (within 100 miles) are restricted; host approval is required prior to booking. -No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. -Security: For guest safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera. -Equipment Restrictions: No loading carts or large beach gear are allowed inside the unit. -Beach Service: Complimentary beach service is provided; front-row placement is not guaranteed. -Pool & Facilities: Managed independently by the resort complex. Temporary closures for routine maintenance may occur and are non-refundable. The pool and hot tub are heated only seasonally. -Parking: Complimentary garage parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. No trailers, golf carts or campers permitted. There is VERY limited oversized (tall) vehicle parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. The agreement must list all occupants, including daytime visitors and overnight guests.

We had a great trip. The condo was even better than we expected. Super clean and plenty of room for us all. We had everything we needed to cook huge meals in the kitchen so I would say its super well stocked!

Beautiful & comfy condo with amazing beach views!

Management was top-notch & we loved their warm welcome upon arrival & the sweet gift! They were also very responsive when we had an issue with the ice maker. They came right out & serviced it.

The only thing this unit needs is a few more containers to store leftovers & maybe a larger gumbo/red beans pot.

We're already planning a return visit! Thanks for making our trip so wonderful & we can't wait to get back!

The condo was clean, decorated nicely and well appointed, everything you could need. The views of the gulf were spectacular. The balcony with the sound of the waves were the best way to start and end our day. Very relaxing! Location of condo building was perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping. This is an awesome place to stay with glorious views of the gulf. It is very comfortable with all the amenities. The management was very accommodating to our needs as we were staying for a full month. More specifically, they replaced an old vacuum cleaner and a Wi-Fi router that was giving us problems. I have only two recommendations... Since the condo accommodates 8 people, provide enough silverware and dishes for 8 people. Second, if check-out is 10:00 a.m., don't lock your guests out of the condo prior 10:00 a.m. I was loading my car prior to 10:00 a.m. for departure; however, I couldn't get back into the condo because the entry code seemed to expire and no longer worked. Fortunately, my wife was still inside, and we could continue packing. We would highly recommend this location for a vacation stay.
