Beach Colony West 13E

This was our second year staying in 13E and it is our absolute favorite place. It is so cozy, clean, and the whole family feels right at home as soon as we get there. The checkin/out process is super easy and Linda (& property mgmt company) is the most accommodating and kindest host! We can't wait to get back next year!

What a wonderful trip!! We enjoyed so many perks the unit/condo had to offer. So much space and stunning views. Highly recommend staying. We will be visiting again soon.

The property is well appointed and maintained, the view is spectacular.The beach was great although the weather was cool for half of our stay. Didn’t get to use the pool but enjoyed the local seafood every night and walks on the beach.

We loved Navarre Beach, and Beach Colony Resort! Before staying here, we stayed 13 nights at the same resort on the other side of the building - also a nice location with sunrise views. We appreciated the beauty of the area, low traffic volume, yet good restaurants nearby - 3 within walking distance. What we didn't realize, was how cool and windy the weather would be in March. There was only one day out of 11 (in this unit) that was warm enough to sit on the lovely balcony to watch the sunset. However, I was often able to find a protected sunny spot on the balcony to read earlier in the day, and the weather was nice for brisk walking, which we did every day.

The rental company was great to work with and we recommend renting with them if you plan to visit Navarre Beach!

Great place to stay! Clean room, nice furnishings!

This is our third year in 13E and it continues to be one of our favorite weeks of the year. The unit is always extremely clean, decorated well, and just feels so cozy. We feel very at home here and will continue to come back whenever we can!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed in this unit. It is beautiful, has everything we need, and the new property management company are very easy to deal with.

We’ve stayed with Navarre Beach Vacations before at the Beach Colony property and have been very happy with each stay. The units are very clean and well equipped. The views from the balcony are amazing and the location couldn’t be better.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Included plenty of amenities such as extra blankets and pillow. It was very clean! The only thing I wish we knew about was the parking. We own a large truck and we could not fit in the parking garage. There are spots available for large vehicles but there are only 3 spots. This is by no means the owners/host fault. The condo itself was perfect and still deserves 5 stars. We will be back!

I can not say just how wonderful this stay was! I'm already planning my next return to such a BEAUTIFUL condo!

We had a wonderful time with family and friends, lots of laughs. The condo was beautiful, very well decorated. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was very equipped with everything you need. No complaints about the condo or the beach. Will love to stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable.
The location to the beach is something we really enjoyed. Close enough that if you did not want to pack everything for the day or forget to take something with you to the beach you could quickly walk back to get. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
Will most likely stay here each year we return to beautiful Navarre beach!

Most important thing to me is cleanliness. Cleaning crew gets an A+. Condo had everything you could ask for except internet service was sporadic.
View was gorgeous. Office management was excellent. Linda answered all my questions and concerns. August/September are the ideal times to visit Navarre.

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay; the condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel like home. Not your typical bare bones rental, quality kitchen ware, pots, utensils and plenty of glasses and dishes. Decor was very tasteful and displayed as warm and inviting. We can’t wait to stay again.

This is our second stay in this unit and we were not disappointed. The beach is gorgeous and the unit was immaculate and well stocked. We love the large balcony and pool area.

Comfortable furniture and beds, beautiful views, well cared for. Had anything we could need to cook or beach or just watch TV.

We had a great time staying in 13E! Beautiful view with great beach access. Unit was very clean upon arrival, with lots of space for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was great and did not feel crowded during our mid July visit. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

This condo was well appointed and equipped for a stress-free stay. The view was so wonderful and relaxing. We were lucky, except for two breezy days, the weather and water were phenomenal. The pool and pool lounging area was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook in the future. Thank you so much!!
