Beach Colony East 18B (PH-2B)

The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The views are amazing from the living room and master bedroom. The only thing I would like to see changed is the shower head, which is an easy fix. It was moldy at the base and didn't work the best. However, I look forward to our return.

We loved staying here. It had a great view of the ocean. Condo was clean and nice. Huge TV in living room. The pool is big and our kids wanted to swim every day! Would definitely return! The lady's were so nice when we arrived to early to try and let us checkin early.

Being close to the beaches was nice but the accommodations were magnificent. The condo was perfect for relaxing on the balcony listening to the surf and watching beautiful sunsets and moonlight nights. Thanks again for another wonderful vacation stay.

We've stayed in this same condo for about 5 years. We feel like home every time we visit. It's well stocked with everything you need and it's clean and beautiful. Beautiful view of the gulf.

What a great gem in Navarre Beach! This condo is very comfortable and we felt so welcome here! First - the views!! Exactly as advertised! Beautiful. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and IF I felt like cooking on vacation, I would have had no problems making almost anything. And for what I did cook? everything was easy to use. The bedrooms are great - beds comfortable, easy to unpack, and bathrooms are nicely done. Plenty of games to keep us busy (thanks!). Everything was clean & well maintained. Communication with the property management was excellent. Thank you especially for the complimentary beach chairs!

Our trip and stay in BCE 18B was as close to perfection as a trip can be. We have visited Beach Colony numerous times and our recent stay was one of the best visits that we have had! Beautifully decorated, upgraded appliances and furniture, and a view that was perfect for taking in the fireworks show on the 4th. We will definitely look to book this unit again.

It was beautiful and exceptional. The bed was comfortable and loved taking a shower while looking out to the beach. We stayed during Hurricane Hellene but we just got the winds. It felt like home. We will definitely rent it again and tell my family and friends about it.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Beach Colony and the 2nd time in the penthouse. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, with everything you might need. We love the atmosphere of Navarre and highly recommend it, if you truly want to unwind and have a low key, restful vacation!

Excellent, great accommodations. the view is excellent and nice because out of sun during late afternoon.

We have been vacationing at Navarre Beach for the past nine years. We always stayed on a lower floor this year. We decided to try a higher floor. PH2B on the 18th floor was absolutely beautiful. We plan to come back in two years. We have one maintenance issue in the was handled promptly.

Home away from home. Beach Colony East is our favorite destination. Gated with easy to use access code. Ample parking.

Beautiful and very comfortable...everything in this condo purposeful. The kitchen is fully stocked with very nice pots, pans, and appliances. Enjoyed the patio and view the most! It gets shade most all day to relax and dine on. Traveled with extended family in other units coming to Navarre for about 5 years ... this condo by far would rate #1.

We absolutely LOVED this Condo. Everything about it. Everything seemed NEW!! Great views of beach. Stocked with every type of kitchen items and all very NICE!!

This rental is truly a retreat! From the amazing views to the clean and well thought out decor we had a fantastic time. The property was also great! 10/10 would book here again!

The condo was perfect for my family, it was just as described and the view was spectacular! We love staying on a high floor so we really enjoyed the large balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We went to restaurants within walking distance and to the pier. We had no issues and enjoyed the large on site pool as well. Would love to go back!

The condo was in excellent shape and provided a breathtaking view of the gulf. Elevators were timely, amenities were top notch. Overall, an A+ vacation

So my family was impressed with Beach Colony East the minute we pulled up to unpack our belongings and walking in the unit was even a stronger "glad we made this reservation" feeling. Is obvious that Beach Colony East is taken care of from a maintenance and cleanliness standpoint. Elevators are fast and quick to arrive, even on the 18th floor! Our unit, 18B, was super clean and quite well appointed with furniture, kitchen cooking supplies and more. High end and comfortable patio furniture on a nice size balcony that offered a great view of the Gulf and fishing pier. The unit is on the East side of the building, so you are sheltered from the afternoon sun. Great high speed wireless internet and modern TV's installed were perfect for a bit of chill time when needed. We will certainly look for this exact unit for our next family vacation to Navarre Beach!!

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed our time. Probably the nicest condo we have stayed in since coming to the Destin area. Not sure the pool bands and beach towels need to be provided, just something to keep up with.

My husband and I have been coming to Navarre for 10 years and we love it. The condo is beautiful, clean and feels like home
